Following our hot water tank bursting some of your staff came to the rescue to dry out the affected area. We would like to say that they were excellent in everything they did. They carried out all work efficiently with a high level of expertise in all matters. They were reassuring in everything they did and made the situation bearable for us knowing that the job was being done in a very professional and expert manner. Their interpersonal skills also came to the fore which was greatly appreciated.
